In 2019, we managed to build a whole new house for our potential new volunteers that will arrive. This house can accomodate up to four motivated people at the same time and also attracts with a nice fire place in the backyard. It's location in the district "Lucky Summer" guarantees a laid back atmosphere with suburban flair, still we are in a city of over 3 million people here. Additionally, a house keeper and a security guard are employed here 24/7 to ensure your security and well-being. From the accomodation to the actual work place in the slum its a 15 minute bus ride. The same counts for the connection to the main bus station in Nairobi, which is the gate to whole Kenya.
